The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa will be the venue for all 2nd International Symposium on Freeway and Tollway Operations events.  We invite you to experience the ultimate combination of its premiere event facilities, personalized service, and outstanding amenities, set in the heart of Waikiki.

We are pleased to offer a special group rate of $177.00 per night, plus 11.962% tax, single or double occupancy, in the run of house category for the nights of June 21 through the 24th.  This rate is guaranteed upon availability, and reservations must be made by May 20, 2009.  Additional nights prior or post these dates may be reserved at this rate pending availability.

Children under 18 may stay free, using existing bedding.  Additional persons may stay, up to four, at $50.00 per person, per night.

Check in is 3:00 PM.  Check out is 11:0 AM.  Two (2) night deposit required to hold a reservation.  Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival an no-shows will be assessed the two night charge at the group rate.
