STUDENT COMPETITION RESULTS
Twelve papers were submitted; they were authored by graduate students in 10 transportation programs in USA, one in China and one in the United Kingdom, as follows: Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, University of Minnesota, Morgan State University, University of Florida, University of the West of England, Wayne State University, University of Hawaii at Manoa, University of California-Los Angeles, Louisiana State University, University of Southern California, and Southeast University.
Each paper was reviewed by three reviewers none of whom were at the institution of the student. The reviewers are listed below:
