SUBMISSION AND SELECTION OF PAPERS AND PRESENTATIONS

Three types of sessions will be available in parallel tracks. Technical sessions in which three to four 15 to 20 minute presentations will be given. Panel sessions in which brief presentations will be given, followed by discussions among the panelists and the audience. Round table sessions in which discussants will respond to questions.

Abstracts of 200 to 400 words for technical presentations and panel presentations are due on February 1, 2009.

Papers are selected through an abstract-based review process by TRB members in the Technical Committee of the Symposium.

Papers and presentations will be included on a CD-ROM.




TECHNICAL PAPER OR SLIDE SHOW FILES

The authors and presenters have two options of material for inclusion in the electronic Proceedings:

1:  Submit a paper in .DOC or .PDF format by June 15 to 2isfo@eng.hawaii.edu
(alternate email: 2.isfo.hawaii@gmail.com)

2:  Provide their .PPT or .PDF presentation at the conference for inclusion in the Proceedings. Advance submission of slide show files is not required.
